About Me

My name is Elena Ion. JADE did not grow out of a theory, but out of my own motherhood and my search for a deeper connection with my son.

My story

From trying to adapt to learning to listen differently.

This is my personal story. I do not share my experience as universal proof or as a medical explanation.

01

My motherhood as the origin

I am Elena Ion, mother of an 8-year-old non-verbal son with autism. My own motherhood is the driving force behind JADE.

02

The feeling that he had to adapt

For a long time I had the feeling that my child mainly had to learn to adapt to the world around him. At the same time, deep inside, I felt that another layer was at play.

03

A Child of Remembrance

I began to see him not only through what was difficult, but also through his special sensitivity and inner wisdom. Within my personal vision, I call him a Child of Remembrance (Kind van Herinnering).

04

My own inner change

I did not only look at my son, but also at old fears, expectations and patterns in myself. I learned to be present in a different way and to listen more from my heart.

My personal spiritual vision

Energy, frequency and the heart are words from my own experience.

The concepts in this section describe how I interpret my experience. They are not presented as medical, biological or scientific facts.

I experienced that when I changed inwardly, let go of old fear and was present in a different way, my son responded strongly to it. Without words, something seemed to shift in our connection.

Within my personal vision, I see this as energetic attunement and as a change in frequency. When I speak of opening my heart chakra, I mean my inner movement towards more gentleness, love and presence. This is spiritual language for my own experience, not a demonstrable mechanism of action.

The presentation Autisme Kinderen van Herinnering also uses images of children as bridges, messengers and bearers of a special sensitivity. To me, these are spiritual metaphors that invite respect, awareness of sensory stimuli and being truly seen.

How JADE began

From lived experience to a place for other parents.

From this journey grew my wish to guide other parents. Not to train their child or to claim that one path works for everyone, but to slow down together and listen to what may lie beneath behaviour, tension and silence.

I have my feet firmly in the daily reality of motherhood. At the same time, I make room for intuition, energy, connection and the possibility that a child can also show us something about ourselves.

Your child does not have to change. You may learn to listen differently.
